ACTUAL INCLUSION WITH DUA 3.0-PRAGA
Practical strategies for a barrier-free classroom
For current teachers, the concept of “inclusion” has too often become a stifling bureaucratic requirement that generates paralysis and frustration. Trying to make individual and personalized adaptations for each student in classrooms with high ratios is simply unsustainable and leads directly to teacher burnout. The mistake is not in the goal, but in the traditional approach: we continue to design the classes thinking of an “average student” who does not exist and reacting through improvised adaptations when the system fails. Practical course aimed at teachers that seeks to consolidate the passage from theory to real inclusion in the ordinary classroom. Supported by scientific evidence and within the framework of Universal Design for Learning 3.0 (UDL 3.0), the program provides teachers with tools to respond to the functional diversity present in current classrooms
Throughout six blocks, teachers will develop concrete strategies to detect educational barriers, address diversity, manage the classroom and evaluate in an inclusive way through more flexible and formative models. The course culminates with the design of an inclusive project tailored to the specific context of each teacher ready for practical application.
Practical strategies for a barrier-free classroom
